Inline and corner booths are composed of 10-foot-wide, 8-foot tall drape in the back of the booth, 30-inch side railings as dividers between booths and one 7-inch-by-44-inch company name identification sign. This facility is carpeted.
Terms of Payment
Booths are assigned first to confirmed sponsors, then DNA Members, 2008 exhibitors and finally to all others through September 1, 2008 on a first-come, first-served basis and are based upon the receipt of your application and payments submitted on time. Exhibit space is not held without proper payment. Exhibit Management may re-assign exhibit space at any time for the good of the show.

Payment: 50% of the total booth cost is due with this completed application. 100% is due for all exhibitors by September 1, 2008, or applications submitted after September 1, 2008.

If an exhibitor fails to make payments on time, exhibitor may lose Priority Booth Assignment status for the most current exhibit program and are not eligible to participate in the following year’s Priority Booth Assignment Program.

Shipping
Exhibitors agree to ship and store their material at their own risk and expenses. Arrangements have been made with Arata Expositions Inc. to receive and store all shipments for DNA up to 30 days prior to exhibitor move-in and to deliver all shipments to the appropriate booths on set-up days. All shipments must be labeled and consigned, including company name and booth number. Shipments must have all transportation charges PREPAID (shipments sent collect will not be accepted).
